• A 50% deposit is required to begin work on custom orders.

• Customers are required to approve designs before production. Hipsy Gypsy Creations is not responsible for dissatisfaction with designs that have been pre-approved by the customer.

4. Wholesale Inquiries

• We offer wholesale opportunities for select products.

• Pre-orders are available for wholesale customers as we travel twice a year—once in late winter and again in late summer/early fall.

• If you have specific crystals or items you wish to wholesale, let us know, and we can source them during our travels.

• A presale percentage will be determined at the time of your order. Contact us for more details on pricing and availability.

5. Payment

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We accept Credit and Debit Cards, Digital Wallets.

• Orders must be paid in full, including deposits for custom orders, before production or shipping begins.
