Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the item. Estimated timelines for custom orders will be communicated via email after purchase. We strive to complete and process all custom orders within 10 business days whenever possible.

  • Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options through trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. 

  • Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. For larger or fragile items, additional fees may apply.

  • Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • Shipping Risks

While all items are carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss that occurs during shipping. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, we offer shipping insurance through our carriers for all shipments, providing an extra layer of protection for your purchase

Return & Exchange

At Hipsy Gypsy Creations, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

  • Eligible Returns

We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.

  • Custom Items

Custom-made items are non-refundable. As we work closely with you throughout the design and creation process to ensure your satisfaction before final production, all custom orders are considered final sale.

  • Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as personalized products and final sale items cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within  5-7 business days.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
